Applications are now open for a package of
assistance from the state of California for small businesses and
non-profits impacted by COVID-19, including $500 million in grants.

You can also register for a webinar
hosted daily by the Small Business Administration from now until
January 4, 2021 to learn more about the grant application process and
find resources for assistance. Grant amounts range from $5,000 to
$25,000. Applications will be accepted until January 8, 2021.
Deadlines
- Application Closes January 8, 2021 at 11:59 PM PST
- Start of Approval Notifications January 13, 2021
Depending on funding availability,
there may be a second round of funding. Applicants who submitted their
application and submitted all documentation in the first round do not
need to reapply; qualified applications will be automatically rolled
over into the next funding round for consideration.
Additionally, California will provide
temporary tax relief for eligible businesses impacted by COVID-19
restrictions through the Main Street Small Business Tax Credit and
